Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026.
This is the consumer health data privacy policy required by Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). It covers the Mi Presión app for iPhone and this website, published by RANKT LLC, 7301 Wiles Rd, Ste 201, Coral Springs, FL 33067, United States. For anything about it, write to soporte@mipresion.app. Everything else about your data is in our privacy policy.
The consumer health data we collect, and why
- Blood pressure and pulse readings, with the date and time of each one: to show them to you, average and chart them, place them in general, indicative ranges, and build the report you choose to send to your doctor.
- Your medicines and their times, if you add them: to remind you to take them.
- Your measurement times: to remind you when it is time to measure.
- **Whether a reading came out very high, whether it was repeated, and whether the emergency button was tapped**: to notify the family members you share with.
- Your name, as you typed it, because it goes with all of the above.
We use this data only to provide the app's features to you and to the family members you share with. We do not use it for advertising, analytics or any other purpose.
Where it comes from
- From you: what you type into the app on your phone.
- From the people in your household, if you share: what the family members you accepted type into the app on their phones.
What we share, and with whom
- The family members you share with, up to three, at your direction: your readings, schedules, medicines and the notifications about you. Sharing starts only when you show them a six-digit code, and it stops whenever you stop sharing.
- Our service providers, only to run the app: - Supabase (United States) stores and syncs your household's data while you share. - Expo delivers the notifications. It receives the text of each notification, which includes the name of the person who measures and what happened (for example, "Mamá: presión muy alta"), and never the numbers of any reading. - Apple delivers the notifications to the phone, with that same text.
We do not sell consumer health data, we do not share it with anyone else, and no affiliate receives it.
Your rights, and how to use them
You have the right to confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data and to access it, including the list of the third parties we share it with (the list above); to withdraw your consent to its collection and sharing; and to have it deleted. There are two ways:
- From the app, which is the fastest: everything the app keeps about you is shown in it; Ajustes › Acerca de Mi Presión › Exportar los datos exports it; **Ajustes › Acerca de Mi Presión › Borrar todos los datos** deletes it from your phone and from the server; and stopping sharing, in Settings, withdraws your consent to sharing at that moment.
- By email, at soporte@mipresion.app. We will answer within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, up to 45 more days when reasonably necessary, we will tell you why within those first 45 days. Since Mi Presión has no accounts, an email does not tell us whose data is whose, so we will guide you to do it from the app, which is how the request is authenticated.
Appeals
If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer or by writing to soporte@mipresion.app with the subject "Appeal". We will answer you in writing within 45 days of receiving the appeal, saying what we did or did not do and why. If we deny the appeal, you can submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will update the date above, and say so inside the app on the "Acerca de Mi Presión" screen and on this page. If a change affected how your consumer health data is collected or shared, we would ask for your consent again before applying it.
