Mi Presión Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026.
1. Personal use. Mi Presión is for a person to record their blood pressure and, if they wish, share it with family. It is not intended for clinics or commercial use. 2. Not medical advice. The app does not diagnose, prescribe or replace your doctor. The categories it shows are general, indicative ranges. If you feel unwell, call your doctor or emergency services; the app will not do it for you. 3. You record the readings. The app stores what is typed into it. It does not measure anything by itself and cannot check that a number is correct. 4. Limited liability. To the extent the law allows, RANKT LLC is not responsible for decisions made from what the app shows, nor for data lost through a broken, lost or unbacked-up phone. 5. Your data. How it is stored and what we do with it is in the privacy policy. You can delete everything from the app. 6. Subscription — not applicable yet. Mi Presión is free. If some feature became paid in the future, it would be charged through the App Store, to the person who helps and never to the person who measures, with a free trial and the ability to cancel from their Apple account settings. Those conditions will be published here before any charge exists. 7. License. While there is no charge, use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard end user license agreement. 8. Changes. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and say so in the app.
